Our wedding prices are broken up into hourly coverage and collections. We'd love to make a recommendation tailored to your precise needs. Please complete our wedding pre-booking consult questionairre so we can customize your quote .
We review all your raw image files, and based on the creative perspective we have for your images, we narrow them down to a set that best reflects our creative perspective. Certain collections include a certain number of images Others include bonus images.
Most collections include 1 or 2 photographers. A third photographer is an optional add, schedule permitting.
Travel are assessed when the scheduled wedding is outside of our normal travel schedule. $1.75 is charged per mile, outside of a 200mile radius from our home operating area.
We recommend starting your coverage 2.5 -3 hours before your ceremony.
Some brides love it! But it isn't for everyone. The moment isn't runied, by any means. It ends up being a very intimate moment of seeing each other for the first time, privately. But it is truly a personanl choice. Neither is right or wrong, just preference.
We offer a video guestbook with either full day or partial day options starting at $699.
We are very selective about the weddings we take on as we only offer 12-15 per year.
We recommend reserving your wedding 9-12 months prior to ensure avaialbitliy.
We do. Both of these are included in some of our collections. They are also available as an add on.
We require a $250 deposit to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. The balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding.
That is not an option at this time. You may, however,pay for your wedding in several installments up front, which is why we recommend reserving your wedding well in advance.
An Associate Photographer is a professional photographer trained, by Jess to shoot in a compliemntary style. Jess processes the images and handles all album design. Your AP also has a few sample images listed on our Avaiability --> Meet The Crew page. We are very selective about bringing photographers onto our team. You're in excellent hands!
We use the Nikon D750 along with a variety of lenses, depending on the venue of the wedding. A few favorites are the 70-200mm f/2.8, 24mm f/1.4, 35 f/1.4, and 85mm f/1.4. Our APs use either the Nikon D750, Canon Mark D III or Canon 6D.
Lighting depends largely on the venue, but I have an assortment options in a vareity of sizes from professional strobe lights, small softboxes up to larger 4' x 6' softboxes, as well as umbrellas & reflectors.

You're welcome to request a certain set of shots, though we cannot guarantee every shot on the list you give us will be taken. We have a shot list we use to guide our shooting of the day. We understand there are certain expected events not to be missed! We ensure we grab those, while allowing our own style to evolve organically so we can bring you the creative artistic images you know us for & love!

Additional coverage over your scheduled time is bileed at $125/hour per photographer after
the wedding. Please be aware wedding images are not released until your balance is paid.
That's typically the norm, but we in no way require it. However, it is quite appreciated when a meal for myself, and team is offered.
A sneak peek will be posted within 48 hours of your wedding. A series of sneak peeks will be posted in the several weeks of editing.

Typically 3-4 weeks for a finished gallery of images to be ready.
When your images are ready, they are first revealed as an album design. This begins the design process. 3 rounds of complimentary edits are included. Once the design is approved, your album is sent to print.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your album to arrive once the design has been approved.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your wall art pieces. Custom framing timelines vary by project.
